ISU - World Languages and Cultures
Overview
Since fall of 2015, I have been working as an ambassador for the department of World Languages and Cultures under the guidance of Professors Mark Looney and Ruxandra Looft. While here, I’ve had the chance to interact with a wide variety of individuals and have hopefully been able to offer both prospective and current students guidance and advice for their time at ISU.
In particular, I often discuss the Languages and Cultures for Professional program with students. This is an accelerated program for engineering, agricultural, and business students that allow them to pick up a second major in Spanish, French, German, Chinese, or Russian.
